Refund/Exchange Requests

The following Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how,  IndiaSpace(owned by M/s. ArSquare Development Private Ltd and affiliates, “we, “us” or “our”) process refund and return requests, that we obtain through https://www.IndiaSpace.com. 

1. All refund/exchange requests are to be processed through the Website.  
2. Users can submit the refund/exchange request, however the acceptance of the same is on our discretion. 
3. Refund requests will take 14 working days to process and will be credited to the respective bank accounts.   
4. Exchanges will be allowed only if the product is found to be faulty/damaged/defective. In case of a replacement of the same model, no additional cost will be charged. 

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
