You can make changes to orders before its out for delivery. Once the delivery is in process, we do not accept changes. You can make changes by calling our customer service for more information.

You can photograph the defective products and email us or you can call our customer service and we will arrange a video call to verify and arrange for an exchange of product. 

Yes, we do accept orders on the phone and over WhatsApp as well. You may contact us. We have a very user-friendly website where you can order with just a few clicks.
